I have worked with children and teens with mental and behavioral needs for many years and continue to work with them. I also work with adults with a variety of needs, including depression, anxiety, sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and other mental health concerns.
I offer individual therapy to children, teens, and adults using CBT, play-based therapy, and Solution-Focused. I help adults with sexual addiction and betrayal trauma (ASAT Candidate) find healing without shame or judgment. I also help children and teens with the use of Play-based Therapy.
