Receiving therapy should never be an additional stressor in your life. Our sessions will be lightly structured to discuss the goals you want to achieve. I always seek to end on a positive note, recognizing your strengths and generally adding some humor. Our therapeutic space is confidential, non-judgmental, and safe for you to be able to receive the support and growth that you seek. Our first session will always be an open conversation between two people getting to know each other. The main goal is to discuss the concerns that you, the client, want to work on through our sessions.
Our work together is always to identify coping strategies, build self-compassion, and create a supportive structure so that the client is able to continue through life’s challenges and successfully come out the other side.
