My passion in counseling is to help empower you to overcome obstacles in your life, process trauma, and learn to move forward with your goals without the restraint of past hurt or fear. I'm always happy to receive new client inquiries, however, I may not have immediate availability. If you reach out, either an admin assistant or I will reach out to offer options within our group.

I provide a safe environment to discuss difficulties of the past, present and future. I offer talk therapy, the flash technique, and EMDR. I incorporate DBT and CBT skills. These interventions can be helpful in processing past traumas and overcoming the new or difficult challenges in life. I have availability to meet either in office, or virtually.
