I specialize addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions. I use a future focused, narrative approach to help you develop life long tools that will help you live a healthier life.
I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy. ART is an evidence based treatment, uses to help remove negative emotions and sensations from a traumatic event. It uses rapid eye movements that helps clients process events and replace those images and sensations. This rapid recovery treatment can help with trauma, anxieties, phobias, depression and much more!
