Hi, I'm Courtney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I primarily work with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related challenges, including major life transitions, daily stress, and difficulty regaining balance. Many of the people I work with are seeking practical tools, self-awareness, and confidence to move forward. I take a direct, collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients recognize the strengths they already possess while developing strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.
I believe therapy works best when it's supportive and honest. My approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," I help clients identify patterns keeping them stuck, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for everyday life. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling confident and resilient.
