I routinely include caregivers in sessions so changes at home can stick, and I use play based and evidence based methods to meet each child where they are.
My work blends evidence based treatments with creative play and family focused care. I provide TF CBT and EMDR for trauma, and use play therapy for younger children. I tailor sessions to your child or family, teach practical coping
