Being human can be difficult. It comes with highs and lows, sometimes those highs and lows are frequently alternating, and sometimes they are not alternating enough. We all feel stuck at times, like things need to change, that things are out of control and moving too quickly, and we are exhausted from too much change, or maybe even someone dared to tell us we need to change. I am passionate about journeying with adolescents, adults, couples and families to discover helpful insights to live with more ease, to stay more present, to increase your awareness about your humanness, or simply validate that being human can be difficult.
I take a client centered approach, collaborating with clients in interventions that fit each client’s unique personality and strengths. I view therapy as a practice relationship in which I build trust with clients to ensure each person feels seen and heard. I specialize in working with athletes, performers and individuals struggling with eating disorders.
