My practice integrates existential, psychodynamic, and contemporary psychoanalytic approaches to psychotherapy oriented to deep exploration and lasting change. This means that our work together will endeavor to go beyond strategies for short term symptom relief or behavior modification, moving to also address the roots of suffering, unearth self knowledge, and invite transformation. Together we'll come to recognize the patterns shaping your life and begin to experiment with new ways of being and thinking.
I offer individual, group, and relationship/couples therapy. I work with clients of all ages across a broad spectrum of human experience, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, identity questions, life transitions, parenthood, and childhood emotional and behavioral development.

We’re taught to see substance use as the problem, when it’s often an attempted solution to deeper challenges. Together, members will take a closer, more compassionate look at what’s really driving their use & get clear on what they want for themselves — defining goals that are shaped by their own desires, not just external expectations.
