Welcome. My name is Courtney and I am a Limited Licensed Social Worker. I specialize in teens who are beginning to struggle with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. As a young therapist, I can provide a sense of comfort and understanding to young people that is both validating and empowering. I believe each person is extraordinarily unique and deserves treatment that mirrors that. I offer a safe, non-judgmental setting where all humans can express themselves freely.
I will guide each person towards finding their true voice, feeling more comfortable in their skin, and uprooting any blocks to growth. Along with teens, I also work with kids and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or low-self esteem. My goal is to help whoever comes into my office evolve into the person they have always desired to be.
