I believe we all need a space where we can reflect on life’s challenges in a non-judgmental, safe environment. My first goal when starting with a client is building a positive rapport. I strive to help clients feel safe, empowered, and heard. I have a person centered, strength based approach in order to meet each individual client where they are at. I love to work on building up the unique strengths that every client has within them.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other life challenges that arise along the way. My main goal is to help each client make positive changes while feeling supported, valued, and accepted.
I am currently accepting new clients for Telehealth sessions. I would love to talk with you and answer any questions you may have about how I can help support you in your own journey! I am currently accepting private pay on a sliding scale as well as BCBS.
