The human experience is complex and a journey of transformation and growth. As a therapist, my goal is to help guide, nurture, and empower individuals on their journey of self-exploration and in the discovery of their innate resiliency to manage and overcome barriers.
Apart from working in areas originating in developmental/complex trauma, I treat issues including but not exclusive to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and phase-of-life changes.
