I am a compassionate therapist with a deep commitment to supporting women through every chapter of life. I specialize in working with adult women and adolescent girls facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, body image issues, relationship concerns, grief, burnout, and identity exploration. I also provide guidance through major life transitions, including pregnancy, miscarriages, postpartum adjustment, fertility struggles, career shifts, empty nesting, caregiving, and menopause.
I believe in connection, empathy, and empowerment. I will provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where women can explore their thoughts and feelings, reclaim their inner strength, and rewrite narratives that no longer work with your life path.
I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care. I am passionate about helping women heal from the effects of complex trauma, childhood emotional neglect, people-pleasing patterns, and perfectionism.
