I mean, let's be real... life can get very challenging. There are times we just have trouble knowing what to do. Friends and loved ones can be great sounding boards, but sometimes you need to look at things a bit differently. A new fresh perspective, a safe place to give the full nitty-gritty picture, that's what I'm here for! Also if you've got things you don't share but need to, therapy is just the place. I can treat a lot of different concerns and am happy to help. There are two separate (though not always) areas in which I have particular focus: 1) disordered eating/body image issues and 2) military and first responders. I have training in several different types of therapy that can help, but I also have lived experience in all three.
Therapy is very personal and it's important you feel connected, heard, and not judged as you work through the hard stuff. My job is not just to create safe space for you to do that work, but also guidance along the way. I'm ready when you are, and will be here for you the whole way!
