Welcome! I am Courtney Reynolds, and I have been working in the mental health field for 8 years. I received my Masters in Counseling from St. Martin’s University in 2017. Prior to working as a therapist I was a case manager and also worked in crisis intervention at the local Crisis Clinic. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS), my primary focus is on children and young adults. I specialize in treatment for PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

In my practice, I integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Utilizing a person centered and eclectic approach, I help people of all ages gain the skills needed to heal from trauma, reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms.
