I am a clinical psychologist, attachment-focused family therapist and trainer for mental health professionals worldwide. My practice includes psychedelic integration therapy as another reparative pathway to address the impact of developmental trauma and its often entrenched experiences of depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties.
My passion for working with relationship dynamics in families and understanding the root causes of defensiveness, shame, and the vital need for a felt sense of safety has expanded my practice into executive coaching and organizational consultation.
As a certified trainer, consultant and practitioner in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), I have a wealth of experience working with adopted children and their families, providing attachment-focused parent coaching, and facilitating deep reparative healing work through my signature family intensive program.
I trust that every client has an inner compass or guide to their most authentic being. I see my role as helping you unburden yourself from old, maladaptive ways of protecting yourself, so you can live with more ease, compassion and resilience.
