Hi, my name is Dr. Reinfeld. I've been working as a clinical psychologist for over 17 years and specialize in treating PTSD and trauma-related disorders. I like to work collaboratively in establishing your goals and focus on evidence-based treatments that empower healing. In addition to PTSD, I also work with individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. You will take an active role in treatment, with the aim of eventually becoming your own therapist with a client-centered, skills-based approach.
My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I like to use humor in the therapy room, while also gently challenging you. There may be some discomfort that comes along with change, which can be a natural part of the process. Let's take in-session learning and apply it to your daily life to create lasting progress.
