I help clients by listening to their problems, analyzing the issues and then collaborating with them to develop a treatment plan focusing on cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and physical wellbeing. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but also utilize Solution-Focused and Person Centered approaches.
I want clients to feel empowered over their own lives so they can feel hopeful. I am known as being an empathetic listener and my own roller coaster of life experiences has allowed me to be an understanding and effective therapist.
