My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate and non-judgmental. I believe that creating a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients is essential for healing. Each client who walks through my door has an individual and unique need. With this in mind, I use an integrated approach tailored to each specific client. I work primarily with adults with general mental health needs (including depression, anxiety, mood issues, adjustment issues, etc). I specialize in treating nervous system dysregulation, complex PTSD, attachment related trauma and other trauma related disorders as well as dissociative disorders.

I'm passionate about helping clients meet their therapeutic goals using an integrative approach to healing. I have specialized training in Parts Work using Structural Dissociation Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR).

I specialize in treating trauma related disorders using Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) which is a bottom up approach to treatment that aims to access and process traumatic experience by tracking the original sequence of physiological responses that occurred when the deep brain had been alerted to a threat or an attachment disruption.
