I believe each client that walks through my door deserves to be heard and understood. We are not meant to face life’s struggles alone and I am honored my clients invite me to join them in their journey towards healing. I use a person-centered and integrative approach in counseling. My clients and I work together as a team to plan the best course of treatment. My focus areas are depression, anxiety, grief, self-harm, self-esteem, suicidal ideation, life stressors, trauma & life changes.
I am a LPC-IT. I work with adults ages 18-99. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from UW-La Crosse & Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winona State University. I use a multi theory approach and I bring life experiences into my counseling which aids in building a strong, therapeutic relationship with my clients.
