I provide an open and compassionate atmosphere where you can "get messy." I draw upon attachment theory, Polyvagal theory, mindfulness/meditation, EMDR, dialectical behavioral and ACT techniques, EPR, and am trauma-informed. I also work collaboratively with others to provide an optimum level of care.
