My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive and client focused. I work to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore life challenges. I utilize multiple approaches that will help you work with your strengths, thoughts and emotions to reduce worries and anxiety, and become more resilient in dealing with challenges.
