My passion has always been to work with individuals to increase their overall happiness, build upon their strengths, and encourage them to never give up on their goals and dreams. Life can come with many challenges and roadblocks on the path to our success and satisfaction. As your therapist, I will work in collaboration with you to facilitate growth and empowerment, while providing you with support and direction. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who deal with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, and everyday life stressors.
Some evidence-based practices I utilize in counseling include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Counseling.
I use an eclectic approach to counseling in order to fit the needs of the individual and work with them utilizing a well-rounded approach. My goal is to work with individuals to help them reach their fullest potential, while providing a safe and non-judgmental environment they feel comfortable in to create a positive change.
