I work with adult individuals (25+) and partners in relationships who are emotionally attuned but often exhausted—due to chronic overfunctioning, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from their own feelings and needs. Many carry relational wounds, identity pain, and/or the fearful beliefs that they are “too much” or “not enough”. My deepest calling is to support people in reclaiming the parts of themselves that have never felt fully seen, understood, or celebrated. I believe healing begins in spaces where we can slow down, feel safe enough to be witnessed in our rawness, and build more honest connections—with others and within.
I offer emotionally attuned, trauma-informed therapy and specialize in relational healing, trauma recovery, and identity reclamation. Together, we work to slow things down, get curious, build trust and rapport, and go deep (at a pace that is comfortable for you) —untangling long-held stories, healing ruptures, and rebuilding self-trust and connection.
You don’t have to hold it all together here. I strive to create a therapeutic space that's both a soft landing and a brave space for growth—where pain isn’t pathologized and truth can be spoken.
