I am currently working towards certification as an eating disorder specialist, in addition to working with a wide range of clients and symptoms. When counseling, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Based Therapy (FBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This allows me to cater to the individual clients' needs as no two people have the same lived experiences.
