I enjoy helping people work on achieving a balance between self acceptance and striving to incorporate positive changes into their lives. I "meet people where they are at" and encourage self exploration with gentle guidance. I often work with adults who identify as 'highly sensitive' or possess introverted qualities. I work with individuals who want to learn how to slow down and enjoy life while also finding a way to thrive in our fast paced, extroverted society. I often work with individuals with anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles.
I take an individualized approach to therapy based on your needs and preferences, however I often incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness techniques into my work. I am dedicated to helping you navigate difficult life transitions and feel better about yourself and your relationships.
