Hi there! I’m CP, and I’m here partner with you on your path to self-compassion and growth. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s a safe space to explore, ask questions, and reconnect with your authentic self. If you’re feeling mentally overwhelmed, emotionally numb, or physically burned out, we can work together to help you express yourself fully and find balance. I'm particularly passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks and survivors of interpersonal trauma. I'm also currently pursuing my Sexual Health Association (SHA) certification to become a certified Sex Therapist to pair with my experience being a Sex Educator.
I work with individuals and couples to help them reconnect with their sense of pleasure, power, and play by using Somatic, Narrative, Brainspotting, and IFS therapy practices, I tailor my approach to each person's journey. I’m LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, BIPOC allied, HAES centered, Kink/BDSM positive, creating an intentional space for affirming self-exploration.
