Hello and welcome! I’m CP, and I’m here to collaborate with you on your journey toward self-compassion, growth, and healing. I believe that therapy is not a space to "fix" yourself, but a place to explore, ask questions, and find a path toward a more aligned, authentic life within your mind/body. I work with people experiencing mental overwhelm, emotional numbness, and physical burnout who desire to express and emote openly. I work with people driven to explore new ways of introducing practices of sexual/physical pleasure, honoring interpersonal connection, and radical vulnerability into their personal lives and relationships.
I work with teens, individuals, and couples who need support reconnecting to their access to pleasure, power, and sense of play! I use a mix of ACT Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and MindBody practices to shape and inform my practice. I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, BIPOC allied, HAES centered, and Sex/Kink/BDSM positive in my practice with folks.
My approach is centered on honoring the humanity in each person. I recognize therapy can be frightening and it can also be incredibly meaningful and healing.
