Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with a variety of ages and challenges. Whether you are working to heal from trauma, experiencing mental health struggles (like depression, anxiety, or PTSD), sorting out relationship issues, exploring yourself, or wanting to make a positive change- I am here to provide support in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Therapy can be helpful in many ways and is highly individualized- there is no "one size fits all" approach; I try to walk alongside you to help you reach your goals and work on what is important to you because you are the expert on you/your family!
I have experience doing therapy with children, teens, and adults (individual, couples, family). I have specialized training in sexual assault and domestic violence; I have received training in multiple evidence-based practices and would work with whichever modality makes the most sense for you. I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and open style.
It can be hard to reach out for help and confronting these things can leave you feeling vulnerable. Maybe something has recently happened in your life or you've felt like you needed this for a while.
