By providing a supportive and collaborative approach to therapy, you will be able to develop your own goals, rediscover your values, find meaning, and conquer obstacles.
I specialize in treating individuals with disordered eating, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and behavioral addictions such as shopping and gambling. I am a certified sex addictions therapist as well as fully trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) for the treatment of singe-incident or complex trauma.
I have always been interested in helping individuals gain an understanding of what led them to the “here and now.” I believe that therapy is not only about focusing on what an individual needs, but rather highlighting that which is going well. I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults and families rediscover and discover who they are meant to be.
