I am a board certified LCSW and a Certified Somatic Practitioner. I obtained a Master degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and somatic work to reintegrate both the mind and body to facilitate equilibrium and balance for overall improved well-being.
