Have you been overwhelmed with anxiousness or hopelessness? Are these feelings disrupting your day-to-day living? Do you have a desire to change but are unsure of how to do it? Courtney works with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health issues. She considers it a privilege for her clients to trust her with vulnerability and the path toward healing. She has a passion for helping people work through difficulties in relationships and life. She helps create a safe space for her clients to begin exploring the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Courtney utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and other tools to assist her clients in gaining self-awareness. It is her belief that her clients are their own best experts and desires to work in partnership with them to grow in awareness and vulnerability. Courtney's experience also includes working with those struggling with addiction.
Courtney received her masters degree in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. Courtney is wife and a mother. She loves spending time with her family and with others. She believes that relationships and connections with others have a have a profound impact on our wellbeing as well as healing.
