David Richo stated that, "our wounds are often the opening into the best and most beautiful parts of us". It can be really challenging to open up and start to work on wounds that have harmed us for so long. My sole purpose of therapy is to walk along side you during your time of need as well as your time of comfort. It is important to understand that you do not have to work on these issues alone. You are the expert of your own self and with my help we can work on teasing out some of the pain and the hurt to heal open wounds. I follow a theoretical approach of integrative, collaborative, and experiential therapy. This means that I like to work with my clients to tailor therapy to your direct needs and goals. I am open to seeing all types of clients including individual needs, couples needs, family needs, and child therapy.
