My name is Courtney Mensink and I have a license in both mental health and addiction counseling. I have worked in the field of addiction counseling since 2019 and have been licensed in mental health counseling since 2023. I specialize in working with individuals that are experiencing addiction, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, co-dependency, and self-esteem issues. I am passionate about helping people learn better coping skills, emotion regulation, and self-awareness and acceptance.
In my practice, I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT. With a client-centered, compassionate approach, I work to empower clients to develop coping skills, challenge negative thoughts, and build emotional resilience, guiding them toward lasting recovery and improved well-being
