With seven years of experience in mental health counseling, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional and psychological well-being. I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety and depression, using a compassionate and client-centered approach to foster healing and personal growth. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients in various settings including ages pre-teen to adult, specifically with challenges related to anxiety and mood impacting their lifestyle. My clients leave feeling hopeful, supported, prepared, and empowered.
I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative model that helps clients understand and heal their inner emotional world. IFS empowers individuals to connect with their inner parts, fostering self-awareness, compassion, and harmony within. It's effective as it provides a framework to address the root cause and promotes lasting change.
I create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to uncover the underlying causes of your distress and develop coping strategies. My goal is to help you build a healthier, more fulfilling life by addressing the root issues and develop self-empowerment.

Teenage Girls Anxiety Mental Health
The teenage years are significant in so many ways: a time of brain plasticity, hormonal changes, autonomy, and peer and social life challenges. It is a daunting experience, especially for girls. have worked in the capacity of supporting and evaluating the mental health of teenagers for the past 6 years. Because teenage girls are both the strongest and most vulnerable of the population, I use group counseling to focus on supporting girls with anxiety using a multitude of modalities, supporting academic, interpersonal and internal success. Family collaboration is incorporated with one personal session to keep mom/dad in the loop.
