Starting therapy can provoke anxiety as you are unsure of what to expect but we all need someone to listen. I provide a safe and supportive space for clients while offering warmth, empathy, understanding and acceptance in a non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
I feel that effective treatment is centered around the client's strengths which in turn helps the client to overcome challenges such as unhealthy habits, faulty thinking, anxiety, substance use or other behavioral difficulties. I want to help you see that there is hope, you are important and have an exceptional purpose in your life.
