I work with individuals, couples, and groups to help you become your best self and heal from experiences you may be struggling to overcome. Together we will build capacity to be in relationship to yourself and others, to play, to grieve, to love, and to feel all your feelings.
My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, integrative, and intuitive. Working with unconscious patterns and inner parts of yourself that you may struggle with or be estranged from, we will build your capacity to tolerate, understand and regulate emotions, and strengthen your connection to your voice, intuition, boundaries, creativity and highest self.
I work with a variety of issues including low self-esteem, grief, complex trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and other issues, including relationship issues for couples and individuals. Psychotherapy Process Group
Members experientially observe ways in which old patterns of behavior no longer serve them and begin to move past these self-limiting behaviors into healthier ways of relating. Group members enhance their ability to put their thoughts and feelings into words while relating to others in the moment. Members address fears, blockages, and resistance which limit emotional awareness and personal expression. Emphasis is on expanding one’s capacity for authenticity, personal growth, and emotional intimacy. Individual therapy prerequisite. Minimum three month commitment. Receipt provided for claiming out-of-network insurance benefits.
