Do you have a difficult time feeling like you can be genuine in relationships? Do you wish to feel closer to those around you? Are you curious about how others perceive you? If so, you may be a fit for our long-term psychodynamic, modern analytic process group. Within the group setting, members experientially observe ways in which old patterns of behavior are no longer serving them and begin to move past these self-limiting behaviors into healthier ways of relating. Group members enhance their ability to put their thoughts and feelings into words while relating to other members in the moment.
The group facilitates clients to address fears, blockages, and resistance which limit emotional awareness and personal expression. Emphasis is on expanding one’s capacity for authenticity, personal growth, and emotional intimacy. Group members build their tolerance to feel more fully, communicate more freely, and live more interpersonally connected lives.
The group is held virtually on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30pm. The group is open to individuals who are currently doing or have already done individual therapy and are looking to take their therapeutic work to the next level. Group commitment is for a minimum of 4 months. Session cost is $100 per session. Come join us!

Emphasis is on expanding one’s capacity for authenticity, personal growth, and emotional intimacy. Individual therapy prerequisite. Minimum three month commitment. Receipt provided for claiming out-of-network insurance benefits.
