Through my holistic approach to therapy, I see you as a whole person on a path toward healing in a compassionate, collaborative, respectful, and non-judgmental manner - you can learn that success is possible! I primarily offer integrative therapies, including equine-assisted psychotherapy (horses as co-facilitators), ecotherapy (nature-based), expressive arts, somatic (mind-body), mindfulness (being in the present), EMDR, and relational therapy (improving relationship functioning). I specialize in working with clients ages 8 - 85 who would like to live a life free of pain and struggle.
I strive to provide affordable counseling services to individuals and families in the community who are interested in alternative and/or holistic approaches to therapy, including nature-based options. I also offer Counselor Supervision. Sessions/supervision is held in a peaceful outdoor natural environment in the presence of gentle animal partners.
I founded my practice with the belief that within us all lies a brightness that can transcend even the darkest hours, and it is this light that illuminates for us the path toward healing. I believe that healing comes from addressing the whole person - spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Nature offers an unmatched grounding experience.
