Hi, thanks for reading! I'm a relational therapist focused on long lasting change in the way you feel about yourself, your life, and your relationships. I have over 7 years of experience working with adults and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I have expertise in working with trauma, eating disorders, C-PTSD and BPD. My treatment modality draws from relational & psychodynamic frameworks as well as DBT, which can be tailored based on your individual needs.
