I specialize in trauma therapy for teens and adults and use EMDR to help clients process trauma, rebuild emotional safety, and strengthen self-trust. Our approach is trauma-informed and deeply- integrative. We use EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, Shadow Work and Somatic techniques to help you access and release pain that talk therapy alone may not reach. We also incorporate parts, shadow and inner child work and psychoeducation to help you understand the unconscious patterns that have kept you feeling stuck.

Virtual only weekly Narcissistic Abuse Recovery process group. Join others who 'get it' and process through relationship trauma. Facilitated by Catherine Castillo, therapist at Onyx Counseling and Wellness Center. Each group is $70. Held on Thursdays from 6pm-7:30pm.
