Hi! I am here to help you or your family get to a peaceful place where you feel confident in your abilities to handle life's ups and downs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I am passionate about helping kids and teens regulate their emotions, and helping parents learn to be safe havens for kids to process their feelings.
The majority of my practice is play-based, giving kids a way to tell me how they're doing in their language. I also use Positive Discipline, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Parent Child Interaction Therapy to help families with behavior concerns, traumatic experiences, or discipline problems.
