I work in the private sector helping those with depression, anxiety and sexual issues. Addiction and OCD are also specialties. I have a nutrition and exercise physiology background helping patients struggling with self-abuse, obsessive thinking, and control. I counsel couples and one-on-one. My services are based on understanding symptoms and finding the best method of treatment to promote growth and provide solutions. As a rule, the overall philosophy is to treat the causes as well as the symptoms to provide a greater treatement benefit. Clientelle range in age from 13- on up.
We must address the complexities of mental health, as there are many factors that contribute to behavior. This includes the social, mental, and biological factors as a whole. With this understanding, we can more easily treat depression, anxiety, addiction and all areas of intimacy and sexuality. The past is not ours to change, but the future is ours to own.
