About
Do you often mask your authenticity? Able to accept the misalignment and are ready to change, but fearful of being alone in feeling the uncomfortable emotions? I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey with acceptance and compassion. I specialize in supporting older teen and adult clients who are experiencing difficulties with ADHD, anxiety and challenging life transitions as well as self-esteem, problem solving, communication, boundaries, conflict resolution, and identity exploration. I also support in career counseling and leadership development.
My approach is person-centered, trauma informed, and integrative. I incorporate psycho-education, mindful approaches, and compassionate / strength based responses towards long term defense mechanisms. I use transparency, empathy, and often humor to encourage a comfortable space to challenge your fears.
My goal is to help you utilize curiosity to obtain clarity, then create confidence and courage. I believe the relationship we build is the most essential part of the change and transformation process. All parts of you are welcome in this space. Let's strengthen your true self and empower you to handle the difficulties of life!
