About
I provide individual, couple, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My areas of clinical interest include relational issues and dynamics, family conflict, life transitions, anxiety and depression. I believe each client should be approached with a therapeutic lens unique to their experience. I place an emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with trust, accountability, and validation.
I work with clients through a person-centered and collaborative lens using a Narrative and Attachment Based approach. As a therapist I provide a safe place to cultivate healing and growth within individuals and interpersonal relationships.
Life is difficult to management, especially without the support and space to process what we're facing. I will invest the care and time it takes for you to leave feeling valued, heard, and with an increased confidence in managing all matters you bring into therapy.
