I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders and eating disorders. My methods of therapy include CBT, DBT, ACT, art therapy, and mindfulness based therapies. I strive to help my clients make changes in their behaviors and thoughts that promote empowerment and fulfillment. During therapy sessions, I create a non-judgemental space where clients feel validated and heard in order to pursue personal growth.
I have experience working with adults (ages 18-65). I am LGBTQ+ affirming, and part of that community. I strive to be anti-racist in my personal and professional life. I follow WPATH guidelines while treating transgender clients, and I customize my approach to therapy to suit each individual and their unique needs.
