It can be hard to ask for help sometimes and I am here when you are ready. Over the past ten years, I have worked collaboratively with those who are dealing with mental health and/or substance use concerns. Most recently, my work has been focused around those working through life transitions (including divorce and parenthood), women’s issues, and those involved with the criminal justice system or in recovery. I partner with several community resources to help provide services to those who are typically under-served. I am an ally to the LGBTIQ+ community.
I have experience in the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders including depressive and bipolar disorders, serious and persistent mental illness, trauma, adjustment issues, crisis intervention, and substance use, among others.
My biggest hope is that people are seen and heard during our time together as they work toward meeting their goals and living a life of authenticity. I am here to support you and walk with you in your pain, sorrow, anxiety, joy, and discomfort. Moral Reconation Therapy
