Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor serving clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I graduated with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, and I hold certifications in personal training, nutrition, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, infertility/pregnancy loss/postpartum issues, and solution-focused therapy. I take a holistic approach to mental health and combine aspects of fitness and nutrition to optimize wellness.
I am honored to walk alongside clients on their journey towards health. My clients are goal-oriented and need a safe space to process their situation and feelings while learning tangible skills to promote wellness. They often are struggling with life transitions, stressors surrounding infertility/pregnancy, significant losses, anxiety, and more.
My background in fitness and nutrition provides me with a unique perspective on overall health. I truly believe in the mind/body connection and combine aspects of other areas of wellness, including stress management, nutrition, and exercise, to help clients reach their goals.
