Do you have struggles in relationships or have a trauma history that is still impacting you? I can help you to break out of unhealthy patterns and cope and integrate negative experiences in positive ways. I can help clients to have healthier relationships, a stronger sense of self, better ways to cope with and manage symptoms, and to resolve unprocessed trauma. Achieving these goals means experiencing a higher quality of life. My ideal client is also able to be open minded in exploring their emotions in psychosomatic ways through interventions like brainspotting.
My primary interventions used in therapy are relational therapy and brainspotting. With relational therapy, I focus on teaching clients skills to more effectively communicate, resolve conflicts, and experience empathy for others. With brainspotting, I help clients to process trauma and intense emotions through psychosomatic cues and eye positions.
I understand the commitment and energy required to starting therapy and want to make the process as painless and valuable as I can. I know for so many people, therapy is a last resort after several attempts to cope in other ways. Vulnerability requires a lot of courage, but the results are so rewarding.
