Hey, welcome! My goal is to normalize therapy and make it accessible to marginalized communities. I identify as a Black Gay man and I have been working with the LGBTQ+ community for over 10 years. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, & empowering space for my clients. Therapy in communities of color has been taboo, and I hope to change that conversation to normalize mental wellness.
I utilize solution focused therapy to help clients identify unhealthy patterns to promote self-realization, personal and social growth, and improve self-esteem. My goal is to help my client’s utilize their strengths to help them shed layers to reveal their authentic selves while living unapologetically.
