I’m a private practice trauma and grief counselor who specializes in EMDR, Narcissistic abuse, religious trauma and deconstruction, and complex PTSD; or general everyday stressors. I use many different modalities to help you heal, reconnect, and grow. I also work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, family, couple and life transitions. I’m kind and compassionate, but I’ll also challenge you to do the work needed for change. I meet you where you’re at—no problem is too big or too small. It’s a privilege to hold space for your story and support your transformation.
I accept insurance and offer a sliding scale. My experience includes working with adults, couples, families, and adolescents on trauma, grief, mood disorders, and interpersonal challenges. I just want you to show up and be yourself.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported.
