I am accepting new clients! I also take insurances please see below. I believe that there is no problem too small, and if it is important to you, it is important to me. I have been successful working with adults, couples, families, and teenagers. I have helped many people deal with anxiety, depression and PTSD in a more healthy way. I will help you find solutions to your problems and work through issues with trauma/grief and loss, improving relationships and communication, and adolescent challenges.

I use a CBT and Person-Centered approach. I believe it is an honor to walk alongside you in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I work well with parents and their adolescent children. I will help you develop the tools and skills needed to address your challenges in a healthy and productive way.

I can help you meet your goals and grow in who you are as an individual, in your relationships and as a family. I will ensure that you have a space to feel heard, understood.
