I believe that counseling is a collaborative and uplifting process and I am excited to go on that journey with you. I want everyone I see to know that they are truly cared for and motivated to see change in their lives. I have a passion working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, dissociative, and personality disorders, and using a combination of treatments to help. I am excited to meet with clients who are willing to collaborate on goals and work toward achieving a balanced life.

I use an eclectic style of therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR. By meeting my clients where they are and maintaining a calm and friendly environment, I help my clients overcome intrusive thoughts and unwanted behaviors.

I am genuinely interested in learning your story. By understanding the intricate pieces of your history we can work together to process negative beliefs and build new skills.
